Day 01 - San José - Bocas del Toro |

Pick up at the lobby of San José Hotel for the transfer to local airstrip.
Air transfer from San José to Bocas del Toro Island. Upon arrival transfer to selected hotel on this island. Day at leisure for walking around Bocas del Toro, visit nearby islands or simply relax observing the tranquil Caribbean Sea. |

Bocas Del Toro: The islands of Bocas del Toro are the essence and the mirror of Caribbean Panama. They are located in the extreme western part of the country, only 40 kilometres from the Republic of Costa Rica. This archipelago has the perfect combination of nature and historical and cultural traditions, with a charming variety of aquatic species, coral reefs, mangroves, tropical forest, beaches with crystal clear water, undisturbed jungles with all the flora and fauna you can imagine.
The main island is Colon, where the most important hotels, restaurants, tour operators and discotheques are located.

Important Remarks:
- Reaching Panama involves traveling by small aircraft and therefore luggage is restricted to a maximum allotment of 66 pounds (30 Kg) per person.
- CRT will store and safe keep remaining luggage pieces that will be delivered to participants upon their return from Panama. |

Day 02 - Bocas del Toro, Panama |

Dolphin Observation, Coral Cay and Red Frog Beach: Come and join us in a wonderful search for dolphins, which are commonly seeing in the Bocas del Toro waters. Also, you will have the opportunity to see and endemic tiny red frog, which is only found in this Archipelago. Laguna Bocatorito, also known as Dolphin Bay, is a lagoon, formed by the east side of Isla Cristobal and an odd-shaped peninsular blob that juts from the mainland, starts about 10 kilometres south of Isla Colon. |

A labyrinth of shallow channels formed by mangroves screens its northern entrance, helping to make it a kind of giant natural aquarium, six kilometres across at its widest. Day trips to Laguna Bocatorito are popular because of the possibility of spotting bottle-nosed dolphins close up.The best chance of seeing them is from June to July, when rough seas drive them into the calm waters of the bay. Red Frog Beach got its name thanks to a small, red poison arrow frog, which inhabits the far end of the beach. In fact, these frogs can only be found here, and more specifically on a small hill that rests at the far end of the beach. It is almost impossible to miss them, as they are walking all over the place, and well as situated in the underlying brush. |

Day 03 - Back to San José, Costa Rica |

Breakfast at the hotel, and trasfer to Bocas del Toro Airport for the flight back to Costa Rica. Upon arrival transfer back to San Jose Hotel or continue to another exciting destination within Costa Rica. |
